– faulty product is reported to Off-Grid Equipt within 30 days of purchase

LED Light: Coverage for failure, excessive flickering, or lumen degradation beyond 30% of rated output.
Solar Panel: Guaranteed to maintain acceptable output performance.
Battery: Covers inability to retain charge due to defects under normal use.
Controller & Wiring: Covers operational faults not due to misuse or environmental exposure.
Housing / Frame: Protection against structural defects not caused by impact or neglect.

Warranty Policy Exceptions:

This warranty does not cover: Physical damage, misuse, vandalism, or natural disasters Improper installation or wiring not in line with Off-Grid Equipt guidelines Battery degradation from over-discharge due to improper maintenance Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, etc.) not affecting performance Third-party alterations, repairs, or accessories Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
